The app will be used by crew leaders and supervisors to plan and schedule work. But the benefits of the app aren’t just for the business. The app will allow supervisors to share progress and achievements with their crews. The app will also allow crews to demonstrate increased productivity. The key benefit to the crews is to allow them to share the various obstacles that they encounter (such as permit issues, noise bylaws, traffic congestion, weather, control room planning delays and others).
